What it is:

TAPPL also unlocks our own strengths and weaknesses as seen through the eyes of others. These ‘moments of truth’ can have profound impact on the way we work.
How it works:
1. Log in with your social media account (LinkedIn or Facebook).
2. View profiles of professionals in your network and understand their strengths and weaknesses.
3. Submit structured, anonymous assessments of colleagues with whom you have worked.
4. Discover how people perceive you in the workplace.
